relationship and influence with Customer at all levels.Drive ABB resources to serve Customer

.Deliver sustainable long-term ABB profitability with the Account.Manage Customer Complaint

Resolution Process (CCRP).Support Sales Team to secure business growth and profitability (e.g. cross

functional teams, channel partners, supply management, finance, and service).Communicate Customer

information across both the team and the ABB organization (including market and competitor

trends).Connect and interact with Supply Management and help shape relationships with ABB

suppliersHandover documents used in the sales activities required for starting upand running the

project to the project team)BSc Engineering/Science or equivalentMinimum 8-10 years in Service

Business with at least 5 years in Management positions.7 - 12 yearsBasic - Bachelor of

Technology/Engineering
