• Process booking forms, informing accounts and operations and updating exhibitor lists•
Constant liaising with Accounts to ensure reports are accurate and up to date.• Identify mistakes
in reports and correct them • Keeping the exhibitor databases up to date at all times • Keep on
top of barter deals alongside Marketing Managers and monitor press coverage• Organize mailings•
Manage team's calendar and record holidays, business trips, meetings• Organize distribution of
incoming faxes and business cards of respective team member • Provide the team with administrative
support.• Assist the team also in other areas e.g. specific projects if necessary.• 2+ year
clerical and office administration. • Excellent written & spoken English.• Advanced computer
skills. •Basic Accounting skills2 - 5 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
