·Enter into contracts with the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) maintenance supervisors for
the day to day operations in terms of prompt servicing of any mechanical, electrical, plumbing
problems·Manage vendors and other specialist sub contractor for the following areas:·Fire
Protection·Lighting control·Sewage Clearance·Access Control·Water Features· Gate
Barriers·Generator·Chillers·Water Treatment·Enter into Housekeeping contracts, appointing
cleaners, working out their shifts, checklists in order to ensure prompt waste management and timely
pest control·Negotiate rates with the Contractors / Sub Contractors with the help of
Finance·Design the checklists for general administration and review / audit regularly across
facilities Discuss exceptions and plan actionable interventionsMIS reporting:·Submit monthly MIS
comprising of the following aspects :oMajor expenses and maintenanceoNumber and Nature of Internal
/ External Customer complaintsoPilferages and other incidentsoStaff related mattersGeneral
Administration Review & Audit:·Design the checklists for general administration and review / audit
regularly across showrooms·Conduct the audits as per the prescribed frequency in Staff
Accommodation·Visit the staff accommodationevery fortnight and review checklistDiscuss exception
report with HR Manager and plan actionable interventionsMiscellaneous:Arrange for Logistics and
Transportation for the staffLiaises with Landlords for identifying the Staff AccommodationDirect the
purchase requirements, and suggest mechanism to ensure proper purchasing with quality and cost
effective measures Supervise and monitor ordering of Stationary, Pantry and Printing
requirementsAny other assignement directed from HR Manager4 - 6 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
