To learn standard ADP Autoline process and BMW interfaces and their adaptation in AJIA To

participate in discussion, Blueprint, Training, Testing and Data Migration work for the

implementation of ADP Autoline and process improvements. Expert technical knowledge on ADP -

Autoline - administration and development. Expert in dealership business management. Sound knowledge

on systems and procedures wrt adp autoline and BMW business. Should be a team player with

commitments to the deadlines. Super-User for ADP Autoline. a. Coordinate with ADP to implement

Autoline as per BMW standard. b. Organize & conduct trainings for internal SAP users. c. Organize

ADP Autoline refresher training program for organization d. Resolution of ADP Autoline related

quarries of internal users ADP Auto line Implementation: a.Functional support for ADP Autoline

implementation. b.Support in preparing the Blue print/ user manuals for modification and ensuring

that they are kept up to date. c.Suggest/Implement best suited process for AJIA operations.

d.Testing of the module for Zero defects/errors post implementation. e.Training of AJIA users

including refresher courses. f.Address existing ADP- Autoline pain points . g. Put additional supply

chain operation control in the implementation phase. h.Ensure that all periodic processes are done

regularly without any delay and system administration is proper. i.Ensure that ADP autoline data is

reliable and reflects true picture of the business. j.Proper system controls are maintained within

the system with proper segregation of duties.Well versed with following ADP transactions with sales,

presales, workshop and finance transactions. Should be familiar and comfortable with ADP Autoline

periodic processing . Should be familiar with ADP AUTOLINE DATASTRUCTURE and able to create

reporting structure and able to extract the necessary information for analysis purpose. Should be

familiar and comfortable with system administration task and should able to trouble shoot if

required. Should be team player with high level of commitment. Should have inclination towards the

training and educating users . This will be on going assignment. Needs good communication skills and

ability to lead the discussions. Should able to influence the people and should able to bring the

productivity by deploying various tools / process improvements. Should ensure that the data accuracy

and the data can be directly used without any manual interventions. Knowledge of Arabic language

will be added advantage.5 - 8 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Computers ) ,
