As BD Manager, you will lead a fast paced Business Development Team and will play a pivotal role in

the success of the department.Job Role & Responsibilities:•Accountable for generating new business

idea and initiatives to drive the profitability of the company.•Submits a monthly BD report

identifying leads, summary of discussions/meetings and probabilities of success.•Plan, implement

and review constantly the branding strategies for the company, also promoting the existing business

of the company.•Keep management abreast of the company business progress through regular

conference, meetings and reports.•Sourcing business and relationship management with Corporate,

Developers and Agents.•Actively involve in presentations and Demos to develop the new client base,

pre-sales and closures.•The incumbent should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with around 6-8 years of

experience of which 2-3 years should be in a similar role in the Middle East•Should be a go

getter, an aggressive sales professional with hands on experience in real estate.•Excellent

relationship management and PR skills.•Should be self motivated and Proactive with excellent

analytical, entrepreneurial, negotiation and communication skills.•Valid UAE Driving license with

vehicle.5 - 12 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
