Bachelor degree in Electronics/Communications/Computer Engineering. Minimum 5 years practical

experience in the field of IP networking including but not limited to:oIP Routing(Static,

RIP,OSPF,BGP,VRRP).oIP Addressing oEthernet Switching (VLAN’s, VLAN trunking, QinQ, STP & its

variants and other related layer 2 technologies). oIP Multicast (IGMP version 1,2, & 3, PIM-SM,

PIM-SSM etc…) MPLS VPNs(Layer 2 & Layer 3).oExhibit competence to work on a highly complex

assignments and perfrom a full range of technical support activities.oVery good troubleshooting

skills to identify and resolve Network problems.oMulti vendor products knowledge e.g. Cisco

products, Alcatel-lucent products is essential.oPrior experience in working in an IP network

operations environment.oExcellent command of English both written and spoken.oHolds CCNP

certificate.oAdvanced knowledge in Security.oVoice and Video skills5 - 7 yearsBasic - Bachelor of
