The incumbent will be handling the responsibility to manage and oversee the Legal Department of

organization, along with its subsidiaries, and to ensure the provision of sound legal advice on

local and international aspects concerning the organization, adopting a pro-active approach to

protect it from adverse legal exposure. Define and develop new processes, systems and procedures for

improved efficiency in documentation and direct the development of standard legal documents and

to recruit Chief Legal Counsel. Applicants should have Master Degree in law, admitted to practice

law in a recognized jurisdiction and note less than 10 years of relevant experience in international
