Provides professional support and advice on all major routine or non-routine controls management

policies and procedural matters arising within the company. Carries out background research for

decisions on controls management policy matters as requested by the CM Supervisor. Assists in the

design / delivery of initial Finance Controls Management Systems and acts as focal point on those

subsequent enhancements designated to him by the CM Supervisor.
