Requirement for a Customer Account Coordinator to provide administrative sales and customer
service/care support to a distributor network of 15-20 medium to large dealerships.The role is based
in Dubai reporting to the Regional Country Manager.The Customer Account Coordinator will act as the
single point of contract for the customer's commercial queries, request, issues and claims. •
Ensure open order book is proactively managed in business and customer terms• Contribute to the
maintenance of key performance indicators.• Liaise with internal teams to promote improved order
fulfillment and customer satisfaction.• Strive for continuous improvement of customer service
performance and satisfaction.• Good customer service aptitude is essential as well as ability to
work cohesively in a team driven by process and performance.• ERP system experience (ORACLE/SAP
etc) is also essential for this role.• 3-5 years experience in customer service/sales environment
– ideally with import/export or machinery industry • Degree qualified• Fluent English skills
with Arabic and another European language• Already based in UAE• Customer care/support mentality
