* To lead and manage the Customer Service function of the Company through leadership, sound decision
making, creative thinking, and implementation of best practice philosophy. * Develop a competent
Customer Care Service Delivery Team, demonstrate commendable authority and thorough understanding of
the Customer Care function and related services and grow a customer service culture.* Develop,
implement and monitor a system of checks and balances relating to Customer Care Services for the
Company.* Graduate in Business Administration or related fields. MBA or professional certification
is a plus.* 8 – 10 years experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years at a managerial
level.* Must have managed large customer base, preferably in a utility organistaion.7 - 15
yearsBasic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in
Business Mgmt
