•Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face & respond
promptly to customers' inquiries•Handle and resolve customer complaints, process orders, forms,
applications and requests, etc•Perform customer verifications and obtain and evaluate all relevant
information to handle inquiries and complaints•Manage customers' accounts and direct requests &
unresolved issues to the superior level. •Record of customer interactions and transactions,
details of inquiries, comments and complaints, maintain details of actions taken and follow up on
customer interactions•University Graduate •1 year minimum experience in Kuwait (preferably in
Automotive Industry)•Excellent Communication skills and Bilingual (English/Arabic)•Transferable
Visa•Holding valid Kuwait Driving license1 - 5 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
