1.Attending customer inquiry related to their shipments details and status (phone and
emails)2.Provide customers with daily status reports exported from the company system3.Preparing
consignee data and make it ready in specific template4.Matching Prepared consignee data with
physical shipments5.Searching for consignee proper address on the company database6.Translating
Arabic consignee data to English7.Track domestics and international shipments and update the
customer with the same8.Follow-up with the company carriers for pending shipments9.Updating the
company internal System with updated status10.Receiving customer complaint and post in the company
ticketing system1.Typing Speed English/Arabic more than 30 word/min2.Good command in English3.Knows
how to set job priorities4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills5.Fluency in Microsoft
Office applications (including Word, Access, Power Point, Excel), Outlook, and general Internet
research skills.6.Show flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills7.Service Orientation, actively
looking for ways to help customers as well as colleagues8.The ability to identify and understand
customer requirements.9.Teamwork / Cooperation / Innovative10.Self-Management1 - 3 yearsBasic -
