Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of the organizational structure and administrative management
of the facilities and private facilities and programs of preventive maintenance and periodic
services for all buildings (residential and office) and follow-up implementation• team facilities
management, maintenance and scheduling of its daily, weekly, monthly and managed effectively•
Preparation of an effective system to provide spare parts and follow-up to secure fair prices and
ensure availability in stock• rationalization of expenses on the use of energy• Preparation of
annual budget estimates for the maintenance, preparation of monthly reports• Develop the
maintenance team to include the implementation of their projects and the work of small displacement
and replacement.Required: • Saudi or Arab Nationality• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
/Electrical• At least 10 years experience of not less than 8 years in the field of facilities
management, facilities and supervision and management of programs and periodic preventive
maintenance of real estate projects (residential complexes, office towers)• full knowledge of
electrical systems and electromechanical for residential and office buildings (electricity
distribution panels, diesel generators, water pumps, elevators, escalators, fire pumps, control
systems and fire alarm, air conditioning units (split, package, chillers), CCTV• experience in
the drafting of contracts• experience and knowledge of hardware vendors and agents, and sources
of spare parts of different• full knowledge of English• Proficiency in the use of computers and
software in particular Microsoft, and software maintenance scheduling10 - 15 yearsBasic - Bachelor
of Technology/Engineering ( Electrical , Mechanical )
