•Financial Modeling - Create business cases and multi-year ROI models to report cost to benefit

and statistical analysis for decision support• Planning, structuring and negotiating project

financing transactions•Member of the derivative research team covering commodity hedges

•Collection, formulation and implementation of departmental wise budget, report variances,

analyze metrics and spend trends.•Rendering proactive support for a demerger of division of the

company•Negotiating with the bankers for funding or restructuring of existing debts and various

other facilities•Controlling the employee share schemes portfolio of the entire group in order

to calculate and account for the financial impact of employee cost in the group financial statements

as per the International Financial Reporting Standardhaving minimum experience of 2-4 yrs as a

financial analyst.Qualifications-CFA/Inter CA/ICWA/CA/MBA-Finance2 - 4 yearsBasic - Bachelor of
