Key Responsibilities: • Directs the development and implementation of the Company’s human
resources and administration, information technology strategies and guidelines, and communicates
them to the entire organization.• Directs and oversees the marketing activities of the Company,
such as developing and executing the Company’s approved marketing plan and directs market research
and analysis to help the Company in achieving its short and long term strategic goals.• Provides
general operational direction regarding various aspects of human resources related activities
including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training and
personnel affairs.• Directs the information technology function at the Company, which including IT
planning and procurement, application development support, hardware/ software maintenance
support…etc.• Directs purchasing function activities and provides guidelines.• Participates in
major tendering and evaluation committees.• Directs and controls all administration related
activities, such as, security, housekeeping, preventative and corrective maintenance, mailroom,
office supplies and vehicles.• Manages the development and implementation of the Company annual
manpower plan, training plan and budget.• Reviews regularly the organization’s remuneration
policies and systems and directs benchmarking activities.• Ensures that the Company’s overall
human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures comply with Saudi Labor law.•
Contributes to the Company overall strategy development and implementation.• Bachelors degree in
Business Administration, Human Resource and Management.• Minimum of 12 years of extensive
executive-level experience in human resources and administration management, personal affairs and/
or information technology management.12 - 15 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Business Administration (
Management )
