This is a key senior position and ideally the incumbent should come from Electro-Mechanical

Construction Business background. The position is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Preferably, the Candidate should have worked extensively in KSA and be able to integrate quickly

into a new organization. It is essential that you have worked on projects owned by SEC or Saudi

Aramco with exposure to Operating as well as Contracting organizations in Saudi Arabia.For this we

are seeking a candidate who has around 20 years of experience in Power industry. The successful

candidate should have excellent communication skills with English language as essential.Key

Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Power Business (Power

Generation-Transmission-Substation-Distribution) across Saudi Arabia.- Recruit the local team and

manage the local staff. - Strong focus on Business Development.- Full Profit & Loss responsibility

(including Cost Control).- Ensure Preparation and submittal of Tenders/bids and negotiation/signing

of contracts.- Support QHSE requirements and the Administration.- Follow up of business

operations.Main DutiesManagement Responsibilities:- Reports directly to the Managing Director.- To

recruit and manage local staff, including yearly assessment.- To Manage and support organizational

general requirements.- To Extend pre-post Tender/Bid support.- To implement of company

procedures.Business Development Responsibilities:- To find and develop new projects.- To prepare and

deliver quality technical bids and commercial bids in line with call for tender instructions and

internal rules and procedures.- To ensure regular follow-up of the proposal with the Client, and

liaise with the relevant area Managing Director/In-Charge for further action.- To negotiate

contracts up to final signature of customers.- To liaise with client on regular basis, negotiate

project change orders and handling customer complaints.- Develop and Manage B2B relationships.

Reporting Responsibilities: - Define and implement business objectives.- Prepare and update business

development budgets.- Present reports to the Managing Director.Ideally the incumbent should come
