Manage and lead all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental companies in compliance with policy.To
advise, guide, train and staff on QHSE activities and related technical matters to improve
awareness.Ensure all Company QHSE policies and procedures are communicated, understood and adhered
to buy staff at all times.Lead investigations of all reported accidents/incidents within the group
and come up with the recommendations and reports.Schedule and perform regular internal audits for
all ASG Companies and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Represent ASG as required by
the clients, the contractors and any government sector.Conduct regular field visits all of ASG owned
sites.Function:Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system
that compels with the requirements of ISO 9001 across all ASG Companies.Ensure all work is performed
in accordance with the specified requirements by conducting regular audits and reviews.Report on
performance to management and provide recommendations for control and improvement.Continually seek
ways to improve safety to maintain international standards and promote and develop a leading
compliant safety cultureHigher degree (or equivalent in technical discipline.NEBOSH
CertificateApprox 5-10 years relevant experience.Business acumen with industry knowledge of best
practice and quality standards.Ability to work as an integral part of an operational team towards
the common goal.Must be independent, resourceful and be a team player.Ability to prioritize multiple
function, unforeseen events and deadlines.Excellent return and verbal communication skills with
experience in writing policy and procedures documents.Previous experience in Oman in oilfield sector
would be an added advantage.5 - 10 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
