Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning & ExecutionDrive the implementation plans for the new
asset products of the retail division including detailing and implementing the following (working
with other stakeholders as appropriate):Product definition and development, Creation of pricing
strategy, Organizational structure & critical/subsequent hiring, IT requirements and testing, Input
to branding and marketing plans, Specific issues related to Islamic propositionContribute together
with other key stakeholders to the development of the following as they relate to Asset Products:o
Risk approval policies and processes (including scoring and collections)o Related operational
processes and procedures including Straight Through Processingo Critical outsourcing and vendor
agreements including SLAsWorking (as required) with HR to develop and implement: Recruitment
process, Training plans, Role definitions, Policies and contracts, Career development plans, Package
and incentive programs• Leadership: Management of products function to ensure execution of agreed
initiatives and delivery of targeted results• Strategy & Business PlanningMonitor, evaluate and
act upon information from the financial reports and key performance indicatorsInput into creation of
annual plans and budgets according to agreed timelines Responsible for day-to-day control of budget
management and portfolio performance issues of asset productsRegular reporting to Senior Management
on established performance measuresRequired: • Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA or other Advanced
Degree highly desirable• Over 10 years related experience with minimum of 5 years experience
working in a relevant executive position for a large financial institution• Deep industry
knowledge and broad understanding of the region, preferably including specific experience of the KSA
market• Experience in multi channel business model including product servicing / delivery via
e-banking and self service• Participation in high-level performance management teams of various
professional and cultural backgrounds• Candidate must be client service oriented, enthusiastic and
positive• Demonstrated ability for excellent problem solving in an ever-changing work environment;
Adaptable to changes• Proven ability to work effectively with a team of department managers to
determine and balance departmental priorities• Excellent communication skills, both written and
spoken with the ability to interact with the public• Saudi National10 - 15 yearsBasic - Any
Graduation , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
