* To run various status reports in order to do opening shift and prepare room assignments.* To
review logbooks for special requests and instructions. * To answer the phone and log all messages.*
To prepare next day schedule.* To track room status: OOO, V/C, O/C.* To coordinate VIP rooms, make
up rooms and rush rooms.* To maintain filing systems.* To maintain and update MP2, Triton, Opera and
Auto classic VP minibar system.* To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean
and organized at all times.* To follow up an emergency work order sent to engineering department.*
To inform security of any emergency brought to Housekeeping attention.* To prepare and monitor room
status reports for possible discrepancies.* To distribute VIP assignments.* To respond to any
request from guests.1 - 2 years
