• Enable delivery of training to ensure all Mine & Refinery employees understand HR procedures and
their responsibilities. • Manage the ongoing HR process to minimise attrition and ensure • Mine
& Refinery manpower requirements are sustained in line with company policy.• Bachelors degree in
Human Resources, Management or equivalent. • 10 years overall experience in HR and a minimum of 3
years as Superintendent/Manager, ideally in a manufacturing or processing environment. •
Experienced in recruiting and training for a Greenfield Business start up. • Lead the recruitment
process to ensure on time delivery of recruited personnel in line with the project schedule. •
Manage the in Kingdom process of inducting and accommodating new employees. • Responsible for
developing and implementing all HR procedures required by the Mine & Refinery.Candidates from
aluminum smelter industry would be preferred.10 - 15 yearsBasic - Any Graduation , PG -
MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
