Responsibilities: Our client, a worldwide recognized investment company is in need of a Director of

Human Resources for its office in Riyadh.The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall

provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs that will provide an

employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and

standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior

workforce.Required: University qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Human

Resources or equivalent.Other certifications : HR Professional certificates.Previous experience :

Must have 5 or more years experience working in an international company, preferably in the Banking

industry.Gender Preference : Male or FemaleNationality Preference: All nationals, Saudi

preferred.Language Skills : Fluent in both Arabic and English.Professional Experience: 5 or more

years experience working for international companies.5 - 10 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Business
