Essential Responsibilities: • Ability to create and develop innovative design•

Conduct Programming and Conceptual Design efforts including space planning, layout, furnishings and

equipment, lighting, and finish materials selection and coordination.• Render conceptual

design ideas and prepare 2D and 3D presentation and design drawings.• Working knowledge of

Revit Architecture software and 3D software packages such as Sketch-Up, Rhino,Viray and 3D Studio

Max.• Prepare, correct and update documents during Schematic Design and Design Development

phases.• Comprehensive knowledge of furniture and furnishingsOur ideal candidate should

have a minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience working in the field of Architecture, Interior

Architecture, or Interior Design. Previous experience should include significant design roles on

interior architecture projects, including a role as the primary author of design responses.3 - 7
