•Conduct all goods inwards procedures accurately and efficiently ensuring the charges raised by

suppliers are accurate•Assembles and packs outbound orders ready for shipping •Reports all

variances to line management and prepare any reports as directed to ensure accuracy is maintained

through the supply chain•Enter all goods inward into the computer system, prepares and sends

supplier credit notes as required to ensure only goods received are paid for•Undertakes database

maintenance of the computer system as directed by line manager maintainingthe accuracy of the gross

margin earned on purchases.•Ensure all administration documentation is completed and processed

accurately and effectively to comply with QA requirements•Undertakes partial or full stock-takes

accurately to ensure all goods are physically accounted for.•Undertakes other duties as directed
