sectorResponsibilities:•Hardware PC support to ADMA End users•MS Operating system support to end

users PC (MS Windows as a standard and others when required)•Client Application support for End

users (MS Windows applications as a standard and others when required)•Troubleshoots PC problems

(physically and remotely) using different hardware and software tools•Prepare new PC for new users

and replace OLD PCs as part of PC replacement scheme for existing users•Performs analysis on PC

samples as part of PC technical evaluation (PC replacement that takes place in ADMA for the obsolete

PCs)•Contacts and coordinate with PC vendors for hardware related problems (under warranty and/or

under maintenance contract)•Troubleshoot Basic Network related problem on Clients

PCs•Printer’s installation, configuration and troubleshooting•Prepares PR for PC hardware
