To provide initial technical support by telephone & Emails to all users who log a support requests
call to IT Department.To Ensure that calls for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately.To
redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of IT Support Team.To report
hardware faults to third party companies, return hardware to third party companies for necessary
repair and ensure the faults are completed.To install and configure Operating system and other
software as per Company IT StandardsTo assist in the compilation and maintenance of accurate
inventory of hardware and software's.Efficient in resolving 1st & 2nd level of Desktop / Laptop /
Printer / Lotus notes troubleshooting as per guidelines set by IT team.Good knowledge of
installation & operation of Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP, Win 7
Professional, working and configuration knowledge of active directory, DHCP, DNS, LAN Routing
Protocol, Networking, Structured Cabling, Desktop / Laptop Repair, Network Printer Repair &
Troubleshooting, Software Installation, Working Knowledge of Fox Pro , MS Office, Network
Troubleshooting1 - 2 yearsBasic - Diploma
