The Maintenance Construction Supervisor responsibilities include but not limited to:Oversee the day
to day activities of the Construction Maintenance Team. Plan / coordinate and execute work plans
with multiple departments and teamsCommunicate to construction foreman the necessary information
needed to safely complete work plansPlan / coordinate and execute lifting tasks with cranes and
heavy equipment Plan and execute jobs that require Confined Space Entry as part of the job scope.
Manage a large inventory of material for multiple fabrication jobs. Follow instructions from senior
management.Ensure that job completion documents are completed and filed properly. Interface with the
engineering group during design reviews. Ensure that all construction work is carried out in
accordance with clients engineering standards. Insure compliance with all company and governmental
safety, environmental and health rules and regulations.Advise supervision of any safety concerns and
generally be vigilant on all matters of safety, reinforcing clients’s safety policies and
commitment to safety to the Contractor at all times. Provide input to client’s near miss and
incident reporting systems. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company
Permit to Work procedures.The Maintenance Construction Supervisor will be responsible of the daily
oversight and management of work activities associated with Operations Maintenance and Construction
work teams. This team is a high profile, multi discipline group consisting of: fabrication crews,
gangs, NDT and hydro test technicians, and heavy equipment. This position must interface with
operations personnel, by the coordination of manpower, materials, and equipment movement for the
jobs so that the needs of the field are met in a timely fashion. Also, the Maintenance Construction
Supervisor will ensure clients safety and environmental policies are followed at all
times.QualificationsQualifications Secondary School.Minimum of 10 years of construction
experience.Previous experience in supervising a construction maintenance group. Be able to read P&ID
(Plant instrument drawing) and Isometric Mechanical drawings. Have working knowledge of welding
procedures. Able to handle multiple assignments in a fast paced work environment. MAXIMO knowledge
will be an advantage.Good PC skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.10 - 20 yearsBasic -
