Manager Contracts

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the development, implementation and coordination of all

contracts/ procurements planned for The Company and its business units according to the specific

policies and procedures and legal framework• Develop procurement strategies and ensure alignment

of the Contracts Department with the overall The Company plans and provide; review and optimize

developed procurement policies, processes, procedures and sourcing strategy to ensure The Company

secures the best value possible in transactions• Establish The Company procurement activities and

processes and coordinate with the related The Company personnel and business units to ensure

adequate selection of suppliers of facility and internal services and equipment as per the

requirements• Oversee the management of outsourced contracts & services of The Company and its

business units, such as food and beverages, office help, transportation, and facility maintenance

contracts; establish and monitor service delivery standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in

coordination with relevant entities to ensure performance and effective service delivery• Manage

The Company and its business entities procurement activities, manage and supervise the relationships

with supplier chains and negotiate contracts with key suppliers, to ensure they comply with terms

and conditions• Coordinate with The Company Legal Affairs to ensure contracts are reviewed from a

legal perspective and are consistent and in compliance with government regulations and

legislation• Oversee and review monthly analysis reports of purchasing activities, costs and

expenditures and investigate variances from set budget• Review reports of price benchmarks and

cost/benefits financial analysis for different suppliers and vendors to identify the most cost

effective supplier• Bachelor's Degree in management relevant discipline, Master’s Degree is

preferred• 8+ years' relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role,

experience in the educational sector preferred• Advanced knowledge of local practices, methods,

and legal requirements of procurement, vendor selection, purchasing etc.• Advanced knowledge of

analyzing and planning optimal sourcing and procurement strategies based on organizational

requirements• Advanced knowledge and application of evaluating performance of suppliers and

vendors• Advanced resource and budget management skills• Advanced communication & relationship

management skills• Ability to select vendors and manage customer relationships• Demonstrated

skills in leadership and management• Ability to manage high level stakeholder expectation8 - 10

yearsBasic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in

Business Mgmt
