Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution• Manage the implementation plans for the

physical network (including Direct Sales) of the new retail division including detailing and

implementing the following (working with other stakeholders as appropriate):o Acquisition & fit-out

of premiseso Creation of sales fulfillment and service delivery standardso Resource planning

including shift programme development• Contribute together with other key stakeholders to the

development of the following as they relate to the operations and logistics:o Administrative

procedureso Operations policies & procedureso Properties and facilities managemento Operational,

Credit and other Risk policies and processeso Administration/ operations SLAso Working with HR and

other Retail Management to develop and implement: Recruitment process , Training plans, Role

definitionsStrategy & Business Planning• Monitor, evaluate and act upon information from the

financial reports and key performance indicators• Input into creation of annual plans and budgets

according to agreed timelines • Responsible for day-to-day control of budget management and

performance issues of physical network• Regular reporting to Senior Management on established

performance measuresRegulatory & Compliance• Ensure retail banking is compliant with all

regulatory and operational risk control requirements, including those related to HR and

privacyRequired: • Bachelor's degree or above• Over 5 years related experience working as

manager for large financial institution• Deep industry knowledge and broad understanding of the

region, preferably including specific experience of the KSA market• Experience of multi-channel

retail model expertise including e-banking and self service• Candidate must be client service

oriented, enthusiastic and positive• Demonstrated ability for excellent problem solving in an

ever-changing work environment; Adaptable to changes• Proven ability to lead and innovate as well

as manage resources in an efficient manner• Excellent communication skills, both written and

spoken with the ability to interact with the public• Ability to Influence, empathic skills, people

oriented personality and strong work ethic• Fluent in English & Arabic (both verbal and

written)• Preferably Saudi National5 - 10 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
