Job Description- Manage and develop company staffing and consulting business on daily basis- Develop
business and win clients (client relationship, negotiation, closing)- Manage and coordinate staffing
projects' delivery- Ensure company productivity and profits - Identify new business solutions -
Coach and mentor team membersWho we are looking for- Good academic background, preferably with MBA
or post graduate HR qualifications- Minimum 8-10 years of HR/Staffing experience preferably in
consulting- Ability to develop the business and win consulting and staffing projects- Expertise in
end-to-end staffing solutions- Successful track in delivering talent acquisition targets- Ability to
deal with internal/ external contacts at all levels- Fluency in English must, Arabic is a plus-
