The successful candidate will develop and implement the company's Sales, Marketing and Business
Development programs, policies and procedures for the purpose of assuring that the objectives and
targets are being accomplished in accordance with annual projections.• Supervise and manage and
train outside sales team.• Will actively promote the company's products in the Government,
Corporate and other private market segments.• Studying competitors' products and services.•
Creative innovative and effective Marketing plans.• Direct and Coordinate sales strategy and
targets.• Continually analyze sales statistics /Market trends from the market place.• Create/
modify appropriate sales strategies.• Oversee and direct company's advertising and sales
promotion programs.• Evaluate the impact of the programs on sales.- Ability to manage and meet
deadlines- Exemplary organizational skills- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal-
Ability to prioritize tasks- Talent for performing analysis and interpreting research2 - 5
