Manages and negotiates contracts with media/advertising agencies and suppliers of artwork and

marketing materialEnsures coverage of Hospital events and news through appropriate Arabic and

English press releasesManages all aspects of print production, receipt and distributionPlans and

monitors regular update of the hospital website’s content and Social Media activities.Develops and

manages the Marketing department budget and ensures all marketing activities are delivered within

the budget, directing marketing staff where budgets are devolvedProactively establishes and

maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments Directs the hiring,

training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activitiesDevelops

policies and procedures for the departmentPrepare and keep updated a list of key stakeholders of the

hospital. Arranges periodical interaction with all to keep them engaged with the hospital.Collate

market information data, news and generate a monthly market intelligence report.Arranges Event

management for the hospital internally and externally.Maintains professional internal and external

relationships and meaningful communication with patients, families and employeesEstablish or

maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, or public

interest groups.Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences,

including employee newsletters and stockholders' reports.Arrange public appearances, lectures,

contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product or service awareness or to promote

goodwill.Qualification required Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related discipline.EXPERIENCE: 8

to 10 years experience as a Marketing Manager in service industry, preferably in Healthcare.Other

skills:Leadership, negotiation and presentation skills; Creativity, strategic thinking and problem

solving skills; Self-starter with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.Computer Skills:

MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Outlook) and internetLanguage Skills: Expertise in

written and spoken English and Arabic8 - 10 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Business Administration (

Management )
