Key Responsibilities: • Ensures that all projects are operated and maintained in a cost-effective

.• Maintains a proactive relationship with customer• Reviews and approves expenditures for

tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional contract requirements.• Manages, directs and

schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for assigned projects• Manages and supervises

personnel• May establish process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing, and reporting

performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfactions.• Resolves problems

and/or conflicts and maintains open communication with the client• Manages subcontractor

specifications, problems/issues, performance and administration.• Complies with all company

policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.• Drives operational review meetings,

reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy.Required: • Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical

Engineering.• Should be a highly accomplished senior level Executive with more than 15 years•

Should have the experience and the ability to lead a group of Project Managers and coordinators

working across different electro-mechanical contracting projects• Must possess excellent knowledge

of HVAC equipment’s and Products such as Ducted Split A/C, Packaged Coolers, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs,

Fire Fighting equipment Products, Plumbing Equipment and Products, and Electrical equipment’s and

products• Preferably Arab national15 - 20 yearsBasic - Any Graduation , PG - Master of

Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )
