a) Experience of managing a complex operations function incorporating full service corporate and

retail banking operations.(inclusive of Branch Operations, Centralization, Remittances, Trade

Finance)b) A working knowledge of all Trade Finance related activities is mandatoryc) A strong

knowledge of IT from a functional and process perspective is important as Core Banking migration

work is being rolled out.d) Develop a superbly controlled operations division with a focus on

customer experience and process excellencePrincipal Responsibilities:• Improve Work flow

and operational efficiency• Oversees management & drives the efficiencies & effectiveness

of all banking operations• Ensures complete adherence to the policies and procedures laid

down by the bank with respect to operations• Defines and supervises the monitoring

mechanism of all operations including branches to minimize Operational Risk.• Direct the

Centralised Operations which is responsible for providing back office support• Promotes a

culture of customer centric and process excellence capabilities institutionalized best practices.•

Prepare Operation SLA and ensure the timely and satisfactory resolution of all operational

issues.• Coordinate with other stake holders to cross-functional projects and

initiatives• Finding solutions to all designated functions operations needsEnsure the

timely completion of migration work with respect to Core bankingto act as head of operations---

trade finance working knowledge is mandatory Foreign exchange/ remittances/centralised clearing

home/ core banking / base 2 impalementation.these are the requisites of the role... candidates only
