Core Purpose of job:To manage the outbound facilities of Central Processing Plant, plus manage the

receiving of all bottles to Central Processing Plant site and in addition manage all empty crate

returns and receivng activities for the Central Processing Plant site; ensure 100% service levels

(within agreed parameters of time, cost & quality) to both internal and external customers whilst

complying with standard operating procedures, health & safety guidelines and quality standards.Key

Responsibilities Are:Service:- Ensure targeted adhere to the SOP’s and Company Quality

Policy.Financial:- Monitor and control department spend in line with budgeted costs and targeted

CPU.- Recommend future capital requirments and produce detailed justifications- Authorise PR’s up

to approved limit - Maintain inventory accuracy- Reduce department wastageQuality:- Ensure 100%

department compliance with agreed quality standards, SOP’s and audits- Provide clear traceability

of all finished goods despatched from AOR’s- Conduct regualr department / cross department audits-

Foster a culture of continuous improvement Health and Safety:- Create, maintain and improve working

practices within AOR’s- Lead by exapmle by ensuring safety is at the forefront of every activity

carried out.Human Resources- Direct, manage and optimise the manpower resources to achieve targets &

motivate the work force to meet future business challenges- Recruitmentand retention of staff-

Develop succession plans targeting local employees for KEY departmental rolesPlanning- Optimise

available space outbound warehouses- Monitor crates and pallet stocks daily - Daily workload spit

between two cold- Stores (CPP1 and CPP1 A)- Bottle transfers from BM1 to Bottle store- Daily fresh

loading planThe Ideal Person should be / have:- Graduate calibre- Good IT skills – Knowledge of

SAP, Word, Excel, Access- Logistics Qualification- Minimum 5 years management experience within an

FMCG environment - Experience in multi-temperature storage and distribution - Working knowledge of

ISO9000 quality standards- Transport experience- Excellent communication and People management

skills10 - 20 years
