•Ensures proper implementation of established administration and HR policies and
procedures.•Conducts Personnel Administration activities including Payroll, Employee Benefits,
Leaves, Insurance, and Final Indemnity.•Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Training Programs &
Career Development•Experience in HR software systems implementation•Ensure back office support
including but not limited to Telecom Services, Pantry, Stationery, Furniture; staff travel &
transportation•Responsible for identification of all legal requirements and government reporting
regulations affecting Human Resources function•Perform annual & periodic appraisals of all
staff•Graduate with 5 years of experience in HR & Administration and Corporate functions•Very
Good Arabic ( very well written Arabic is a must) and Good English•Extensive knowledge of Kuwaiti
Labour law•Must have experience in Core HR Generalist profile. (Implementing Policies / Employee
Relations / Manpower Planning / Training etc)•Ability to protect confidential
information.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills5 - 7 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
