maintenance processes and production equipment. • Required is the ability to work independently,

plan for multi-craft crews and to supervise or train personnel when required. • Requires an

expertise of mechanical and/or electrical principles, computerized management system, Production and

Demonstrates an aptitude to; multi-task, assess and assign priorities, anticipate and act on plant

needs, understand and participate in business philosophy, and is a self starter. • Must also be

capable of providing first line supervision of a multi-craft crew in a short term absence
