Responsibilities:.Understand (in full) all Investor contracts in Arabic, and provide commercial

guidance in their effective implementation .Review all Investor contract changes (“change

requests”) for commercial impact, while at all times protecting MOI’s commercial interests

.Negotiate the best possible outcome on behalf of the programme (although there is no legal

authority for final approval).Review incoming correspondence in regards to commercial and legal

matters.Write outgoing correspondences/responses related to commercial and legal matters .Protect

the interests of the program, particularly in regards to potential claimsObtain the necessary

approvals from the Saudi Government to proceed with (or modify) commercial positions with the

Investors. ( .Monitor regulatory compliance of the programme to the relevant KSA laws –

particularly in regards to KSA Traffic Laws.Present and advise on commercial matters related to the

program.Manage contentious commercial issues between the Investors and MOI/TPD.Provide commercial

awareness training and mentoring to the PMO team, in regards to Investor engagement (e.g. meetings,

minutes, reports)Requirements:One or more of the following:-Degree in LawDegree in Business

Administration.Excellent written and oral communication skills (Arabic and English).Management of

correspondence (government, or large private enterprise).Very good knowledge in using Microsoft

Office applications (word, excel, power point, outlook). .(Preference) Legal counsel/advisory

Knowledge of Saudi Local Laws and Regulations10 - 15 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Education
