Seeking a Lead Engineer who has ability to manage a large team of technicians and supervisors

deployed at various telecom ISP & OSP projects. Laisoning with clients. Possessing knowledge and

experience in the relevant field through field experience in similar projects. Having knowledge of

the latest trends in the market with respect to the ICT & ELV industry. Possessing knowledge and

experience in the relevant field through field experience in similar projects. Possessing updated

knowledge of the latest technologies, products and trends in the market with respect to telecom

installations and maintenanceThe ideal candidate should have an excellent exposure to Project

Management, Pre Sales and Sales (Techno Commercial) activities on SCS/OSP ICT/ELV Projects. Shall

possess hand on experience in - Design, Supply, Site survey, Planning, Project scheduling,

Installation, Monitoring & Controlling Work flow, Material Management, Invoicing, Testing and

commissioning and Hand Over of the Project. He should possess following competencies:Planning &

organizationResult oriented.Adaptability & integrityEnergetic & self motivatedTeam Management with

effective supervisionStrategic thinking & change management6 - 12 yearsBasic - Bachelor of

Technology/Engineering ( Electrical ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
