The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the assigned Project. Key

tasks of the Project Manager are: Manage the consultant services, control quality and quantity of

work performed, guide the team and carry the overall responsibility for the task fulfilment and the

Consultant's activities. Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the

project scope and Client’s requirements. Ensure a detailed Project Plan and necessary and

satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain

timely execution and quality of work. Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and

related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.

Coordinate project activities with all involved departments and sections departments to ensure

well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks. Supervise work results and compare results

with guidelines and project plans. Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to

Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and

explanation of results. Establish mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in

the project, and to identify actions needed to resolve project blocking issues. Hold regular project

progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other

project stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organisation and
