Key Responsibilities: •Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.• Define

project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with senior

management and stakeholders.• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications

documents.• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholdersin a

timely and clear fashion.• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project

goals.• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changeswhere

necessary.• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make

theappropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.• Set and continually manage project

expectations with team members and otherstakeholders.• Plan and schedule project timelines and

milestones using appropriate tools.• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements

documentation,and presentations.• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the

success of theproject.Required: • University degree in the field of mechanical engineering.• 8+

years direct work experience in electro-mechanical projects management, including allaspects of

process development and execution.• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as

primavera• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.• Strong written and oral

communication skills in English.• Preferably Arab national8 - 12 yearsBasic - Bachelor of

Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )
