Key Responsibilities: • Initializing contacts with new foreign and local suppliers in order to

find new and less costly sources for the concerned product.• Following up orders with current

suppliers in order to ensure compliance with relative confirmations and instructions of purchase•

Negotiating prices in order to reduce cost and cut down on expenses.• Preparing shipping documents

related to exports and ensuring that the procedure of shipment is running smoothly.• Preparing

documents related to letters of credits with coordination with the accounts department (and the

bank) concerned.• Coordinating with shipping, transportation and forwarding companies in regards

to incoming and outgoing shipments in order to establish the expected time of arrival and departure,

to ensure punctual delivery to and from the company.• Preparing for exhibitions and trade fairs in

aspects related to travel and hotel reservations, research of the country of destination,

advertising material needed, budget allocated in coordination with the management• Monitoring

purchases and expenses related to purchases by identifying wrong or missing data and rectifying the

mistakes, as well as reconciling purchase orders with the subject delivery and invoice.Required: •

Bachelor degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.• Minimum of five (5) years purchasing or

purchasing management experience in HAVC field.• Three (3) years’ experience in conducting

public bid openings and a knowledge of kingdom bid laws.• Knowledge on office procedures and

practices, as well as, the ability to assume administrative duties.• Must possess excellent

knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Products such as Ducted Split A/C, Packaged Coolers, Chillers, AHUs,

FCUs, Fire Fighting Equipments Products, Plumbing Equipment and Products, and Electrical

equipment’s and products• Thorough understanding of KSA market and contacts with leading

electro-mechanical Consultants and Contractors.5 - 10 yearsBasic - Bachelor of

Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )
