1.Preparation Project Quality Manual, inspection of test plan & method statement and necessary

formats 2.Review field-testing of materials/works as per approved inspection and test

plans3.Interacts with client/consultants regarding material selection/testing/mix design and

approval and proper record keeping ‘4.Perform researches at site to improve the quality and

develop new materials5.Review mix design from contract specifications / IS Codes of all

projects.6.Responsible for Internal as well as External Quality audits of Projects7.Preparation and

approval of inspection of test plan and necessary formats 8.Interacts with client/consultants

regarding material selection/testing/mix design and approval and proper record keeping

‘9.Responsible for Design Mix Concrete up to M-60 grade concrete10.Testing of Cubes / Cement/ F.A.

/ C.A. / Water / Epoxy / HTS Wire / Sheathing / Reinforcement Bars / Admixture / Bentonite / Load

Test of Piles etc.11.To maintain all quality related records including monthly quality progress
