Responsible for all documentation and regulatory requirements for shop projects as they relate to

welding provedures, piping fabrication, steel manufacturing, capable of qualifying facilities as per

ASME code standards. Minimum 5 years experience managing manufacturing quality control programs for

an industrial Asme facility, shop or contractor. Must have a working Knowledge of the ASME, API,

AISC codes and regulations. In depth knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section I,

II, V, VII - Div. 1 and Section IX. Preperation and signing of Master Data Reports of HRSG Boilers

as per the requirements of ASME Section I. Inspection of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and piping as per

ASME, API-1104 etc. Preperation of Welding Procedures Specification (WPS) and Procedure

Qualification Record (PQR) and carrying out welders test as per ASME section IX. Conducted Training

lectures on welding & QA for the benefit of Engineers/supervisor/ Inspector.7 - 10 yearsBasic -
