QHSE OFFICER

1.1Ensure the establishment of the quality management system and its maintenance in accordance with

the ISO international standard.1.2Conduct the scheduled internal audits for various departments and

locations in consultation with the QHSE Manager.1.3Prepare and submit ISO internal audit and non

conformity reports for QHSE Manager review1.4Assist in closing all open NCR’s received from

certifying bodies1.5Conduct ISO orientation lectures during Induction programs1.6Prepare and

Maintain updated Quality Manual 1.7Establish and control the documents and data control

system1.8Initiates follow-up audit activities in order to verify and record them as well as

implement any corrective and preventive actions1.9Liaise with any external bodies on matter relating

to the company’s quality system1.10Reviews, with department managers, the quality system in their

departments as and when required1.11Plan, develop and implement the system to optimize work

performance and quality of product/service in accordance with audit results1.12Responsible for

drafting of new procedures in quality manual1.13Assist in change management processes1.14Co-ordinate

with ADCCI 1.15Responsible for preparation and submitting of SKEA draft and relevant documents

1.16Understand, identify, suggest and implement areas/processes needed to enhance the organization

culture in line with the SKEA model1.17Suggest, participate and implement TQM initiatives5 - 15

yearsBasic - Any Graduation
