- To join the QC team in Kuwait to perform the QC process for the software developed by the

Development team in Kuwait, as well as the Development team offshore.- Responsibility involves

preparation of Test Plans, Designing Test cases, Test case execution, Functional Testing, Bug

reporting and regression testing.- Able to lead a team of QA Resources and should be accountable for

on time quality delivery which will be key drivers.- Should posses good Functional Understanding

Skills- Lateral thinking and attention to details and self starter, motivated and team player.-

Should have knowledge and experience of QC automation tools like IBM rational suite- Knowledge of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially and QC and testing phase- Ability to use the

tools and techniques that is selected by the QC lead/ Manager for the specific software project.-

Reporting capabilities using tools like Microsoft Excel to communicate the status of the testing for

the peers and the upper management.- Should be fluent in English. Arabic is an added advantage- 4+

yrs Experience in a similar environment.- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science

/Bachelor of Computer Application /Bachelor of Engineering/Technology.- As a plus, a certification

in the QC field, like the ISTQB certification.- As a plus, Master of Computer Application/Computer

Science, Master of Science or Master of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information

Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication) or equivalent.4 - 12 yearsBasic - Bachelor of

Science , Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
