The selected candidate will be responsibile for : - Handling all day-to-day operation sthat are

related to Buildings Management and Investment Management. i.e. Leasing, Collection etc.,- Planning,

directing and evaluating investment activities,- Monitoring the market and identify new real estate

investment opportunities.- Development of current real estate projects, developing new strategies,

Implementing plans and achieving targets. etc.,- University Graduate- 10 to 15 years of experience

in a Managerial position in a Real Estate Investment Company.- Should posses Leadership quality and

busines oriented.- Should have man-management skills,- Excellent Communication skills (written &

oral). Knowledge of Arabic is a MUST.- Sound knowledge on Real Estate Invesments.10 - 15 yearsBasic

- Any Graduation
