Section Manager, Manpower Planning

Key Responsibilities: · Develop the strategy of the Manpower Planning function based on

human resources department’s goals as well as organization’s strategic plans· Establish

key performance indicator for the section for a better performance and cost reduction ·

Develop the processes and manage the career development plans policies and processes through plan,

prepare, implement and monitor those plans.· Develop the processes and manage the

activities of the succession planning for the critical and meddle/senior positions to ensure its

stability.· Plan, prepare and monitor the manpower selection methods and recruitment

activities and budgets as well.· Prepare Manpower Planning across company including

organization charts for departments and ensuring the soundness of the reporting structure·

Manage the accomplishment of Key Performance Indicator for Manpower Planning section and suggest

improvements where it is needed.· Generate periodical report required by Manager Human

Resource, Management, and government offices· Conducting the exit interviews and for the

critical/key/senior jobs and analyzing the outcomes to be presented to the HR manager·

Improving the recruitment policies and procedures as well as the orientation programs as

needed.Required: · Requires advanced knowledge in highly specialized systems and

procedures· Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or organization or

equivalent.· Requires more than 10 years, up to and including 6 years of related

experience.· Must be Saudi national10 - 12 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Arts
