*Responsible for providing a visual deterrent against theft, damage, & violence in Alshaya

Stores/Support Centres. *Actively work towards reducing shrinkage & creating a safe & pleasant

environment for customers & Employees and reporting the matters and concerns to Line

Managers.Regularly carry out patrols to prevent attempts of theft / vandalism / damage.* Assist in

apprehension/detention of thieves.* Report incidents of customer theft.* Prevent / react to

incidents of violence involving Employees or customers.* Control access to store/Employee entrance &

stock storage areas.* Inspect & report against non-compliance of Company Procedure on tagging &

health & safety standards.* Assist with random Employee searches in accordance with Company Policies

& Procedures.* Responsible for reporting exceptions.* Conduct regular & random till reconciliations

& reports exceptions.* Reports incidents of actual or suspected staff theft/ non-compliance to

Company procedures.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.2 - 3 yearsBasic - Secondary School
