To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and
tasks in the assigned Place of Work.To assign responsibilities to subordinates implementing Multi
Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically.To maintain a pool of qualified part
time employees in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.To implement a flexible scheduling
based on business patterns.To conduct daily pre-shift briefings to employees on rooms occupancy,
arrival & departures, functions / event and special attention that is needed.To have a thorough
understanding and knowledge of all hotel related service and products have the ability to make
recommendations to hotel guests.To be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout and the
location and functions of :a) Sprinkler system and smoke detectorsb) Firefighting equipment and
emergency exitsc) Fire control room and fire indicator panelsd) Emergency evacuation / public
address systemse) Emergency assembly area outside hotelf) Fire / bomb threat and security
proceduresg) Lifts - emergency phone numbersh) First aid equipment1 - 2 yearsBasic - Diploma
