*As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security of all Alshaya stores in the

Mall. *You will have ideally come for a military or security background.*Energetic and alert and

ability to react quickly to difficult situations will be your plus point.*Responsible for

stores/staff feedback and other issue that originates in the mall.*Responsible for development of

the team - Point of contact between the security staff and the management (the Loss Prevention Team)

*Responsible for communication with operations managers and Loss prevention department *Experienced

in dealing with police and government authorities.*Sound knowledge of Health & Safety checks and

procedures*Ability to raise issues and deal with conflicts and resolve themMinimum 2 years of

relevant experience.2 - 3 years
